FREE MYSPACE TRACKER LIST. TRACK MYSPACE PROFILE VIEWS.
I was thankful that I had a MySpace tracker that worked on my profile when I began seeing an increase in hits to my MySpace profile. I didn’t think too much about it but when I began receiving messages and friend requests from MySpace profiles that had been deleted, I knew that I had a MySpace stalker. I was able to find out who it was using a free MySpace profile tracker and common sense. There are many different MySpace trackers to choose from so check out the list for the best free MySpace tracker.
I started by choosing a free MySpace Tracking program. I followed the instructions and was soon able to see information about who visited my profile, including their IP address. Some MySpace trackers do not show IP addresses so look for one that does.
Using this MySpace tracker, it was then easy to find the IP address of my crazy stalker. I then took that IP address and ran a search on it using Geobytes which is also free.
This gave me the city and state of where this IP address is located. I was able to search the location even further by using Mapquest and the latitude / longitude coordinates provided with Geobytes. When I entered that into mapquest, I was able to narrow it down to a familiar intersection, over 3000 miles away.
Using a free MySpace profile tracker in this case was easy. My stalker ended up being a weird friend of mine who seemed to be obsessed with my life. It may not be this easy for everyone. For instance, when I search the internet at work, I am on a proxy. When I search my own IP address, it shows a location half way across the country. However, it does show the company that I work with. In that case, say you have a MySpace tracker code installed and you find the IP address of your MySpace stalker. If the IP address shows that it is owned by AT&T, and your ex boyfriend works for AT&T, then it may be fair to say that you ex is your profile stalker, but not proven. Other issues arise when your MySpace stalker is using a dynamic IP. Then it may constantly change making it difficult to pinpoint the person with a free MySpace profile tracker.
One of the most asked questions is, "How Can I Track Who Visits My Myspace?" Using a combination of the techniques above, a little patience and common sense, you may be able to catch your MySpace stalker using a free MySpace Tracker that actually works!
WILL A MYSPACE TRACKER REALLY WORK?
Unfortunately, due to Myspace not allowing scripts and their strict privacy policies, no Myspace tracker will work 100% unless both parties are aware and signed up for the same working MySpace tracking program. Myspace tracking websites are not allowed to show you everyone who views your site unless everyone is signed up for the same MySpace profile tracking program. For the users that aren’t using the same tracking program, they show up as an anonymous viewer on your MySpace Tracker stats.
The best free Myspace tracking program is the one with the most users. Since no one trusts Myspace trackers anymore because of all the fakes, it becomes difficult to know which MySpace tracker to use to catch your MySpace stalkers. As more and more people sign up for a MySpace profile tracker, they will become more efficient.
We have also heard rumors about Myspace producing their own tracking program, however, there is no hard evidence of this yet.
BE AWARE OF SPYWARE ON YOUR MYSPACE TRACKER
The Myspace trackers that require you to download programs for the tracker to work are bogus. They only install spyware and adware to your system that will bombard you with pop-ups and slow down or even crash your computer.
There is a good article about Myspace Trackers and spyware here
DON’T WASTE MONEY ON A MYSPACE TRACKER
You should never pay for a Myspace tracking code! If you are willing to waste $10 to see who has viewed your site for a week (These codes are usually blocked within a week) then paying for a Myspace profile tracker might be worth your money.
USE MORE THAN ONE MYSPACE TRACKER
No one is happy with the results they get from one single free MySpace tracker program. Some days we would be lucky and be able to track one MySpace stalker, the next day we wouldn’t catch anyone. So we figured we would combine MySpace trackers and see how they work and, it proved to be successful. All of the Myspace profile trackers that you see on our site are all running on our profile simultaneously, increasing our chances of catching our stalkers using many different MySpace profile trackers.
MYSPACE TRACKER SETUP
You don’t ever need to post a MySpace bulletin. At the very least, if you can’t figure out how to bypass it, post the MySpace bulletin and then quickly remove it. Even though you are told that you must post the bulletin, there is no way to track MySpace bulletin posts.
To remove the link back to the free Myspace tracker, look for img src=”xxxxxxx" and remove it from the code. That will take care of the image on your MySpace profile. However, this might affect whether or not the tracker will work to track your MySpace stalkers. If you know about overlays and CSS coding, you can customize your page completely and “cover up” the image instead of removing it guaranteeing that your free MySpace tracker continues to work.
ADVERTISING AND MYSPACE TRACKERS
Open up one of the free Myspace trackers, you know, the ones that never work the way that you hoped. Do you see how these pages are cluttered with little ads, similar to the ones you see on the top of this page? These little ads and other types of advertisements are the reason that webmasters have created these MySpace tracker websites.
The webmasters put these ads on the page using Google or Yahoo or another advertiment program and when people click on these ads, the webmaster makes anywhere from $.02 to $15 and more. This is also the reason why they want you to post a MySpace bulletin, sometime even forced to wait for twelve hours before you get your code. If you were able to post the MySpace bulletin, get the code and immediately realize that the code didn’t work, then you would delete your bulletin. This “delay” as they call it, ensures that your bulletin will stay up and ensures others will see it and do the same thing.
Have you noticed that these MySpace bulletins stopped? MySpace cracked down hard on bulletin spam. If you sign up for a MySpace tracker that requires you to post a bulletin to get the code, we'd suggest you look into a different MySpace profile tracker.
